LCVP is an additional Leaving Certificate Programme that students can take along with their seven subjects. The programme focuses on Enterprise Education, Preparation for work and Work experience. The programme combines academic learning with a focus on self-directed learning, enterprise, work and the community.
Assessment is a combination of a written examination (40%) and a Portfolio of coursework (60%). A Distinction in this programme is the equivalent of a H3 on a higher level paper.
