Following the success of this years Los Angeles/San Francisco Trip, we are currently seeking expressions of interest in a similar trip proposed for the February 2026 mid term break.

Los Angeles/San Francisco Geography/Cultural Trip Feb 2026
Embark on an enriching educational journey through Los Angeles, Hollywood, San Francisco, and beyond! Discover the best of LA on a half-day sightseeing adventure, exploring iconic landmarks like the Santa Monica Pier, Hollywood Sign, and Griffith Observatory. Dive into the magic of Universal Studios Hollywood before venturing to Joshua Tree National Park for a guided ranger tour and Palm Springs for some retail therapy. On your way to San Francisco, soak in the coastal beauty of Monterey. In the City by the Bay, enjoy guided tours of Fisherman's Wharf, Golden Gate Bridge, and Alcatraz Island, with stops at Muir Woods and the Palace of Fine Arts Theatre. Explore the wonders of Silicon Valley and delve into earthquake science at the California Academy of Sciences before bidding farewell to this unforgettable journey!

We are currently seeking expressions of interest in this upcoming tour. If your child is interested and wishes to go on this tour can you please ask them to fill in the Microsoft form and submit it on Teams by March 7th. The trip is open to students from the current 2nd year to 5th year and priority will be given to Geography / Senior Students. A place on the trip is subject to it being sanctioned by the school management. The approximate cost will be €2200 (plus €50 for return trip to Dublin airport and tips for buses) for 9 days. Please respond by March 7th, 2025.
