Safer Internet Day (SID) is an EU wide initiative to promote a safer internet for all users, especially young people. It is promoted in Ireland by Oide Technology in Education and Webwise.
Safer Internet Day 2025 will take place on Tuesday, 11th February 2025.
Safer Internet Day 2024 saw a record number of children, young people, schools and organisations take part.
What are the new rules that protect my child online?
The aim of this webinar for parents is to raise awareness of the new rules that are in place to help protect children, and to create a safer online space for them.
